Delivery Information

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We’re unable to ship to international destinations, the Republic of Ireland or BFPO addresses. Any orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Delivery cost
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for a flat rate of £3.50, whatever the size of your order. Delivery charges may be reviewed from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within [1–2] working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. Once your parcel is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey with Royal Mail.

Packaging
Many of our pieces are handmade or antique, so we pack every order carefully by hand.

If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at matt@naturallycrafted.co.uk with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll put it right. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, let us know and we’ll chase it with Royal Mail.
