Naturally Crafted Returns & Exchanges
At Naturally Crafted, we take great pride in the quality and artistry of our items. Because many of our products are handmade or sourced from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of their unique charm.
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Return Windows
Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Defective or Damaged Items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged so we can process a replacement immediately.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:
The item is in its original, unused condition.
It is returned in the original packaging.
The item was not purchased as a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" piece.
Note on Custom Orders: Because custom-made or personalised items are crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these pieces unless they arrive damaged.
3. Return Process
Start a Return: Email us at matt@naturallycrafted.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
Ship it Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
Love the item but need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on non-custom items. Just reach out, and we’ll help you swap it out (subject to stock availability).
